I have worked in Institutional Banking for over 30 years and pivoted to formal Executive Coaching when I realised that helping others become great leaders is my passion and purpose.

I began my career in Financial Markets as a junior trader, eventually becoming Westpac’s Global Head of Financial Markets Corporate Risk Management.  Along the way, I also gained experience in Treasury, Capital Markets and Strategy, and have worked across all products in Financial Markets of Interest Rates, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Carbon and Energy, as well as all customer segments of Funds, Institutions, Corporates and Business Banking. I have worked alongside many project teams for advising customers’ risks in M&A, project and structured financings, privatisations and PPPs, in addition to working very closely with internal stakeholders of relationship coverage, credit, trading, capital allocation, treasury, finance and compliance. A key professional standout is my ability to successfully implement change by empowering and coaching leaders and teams to tap into their growth mindset using their inner strengths and resilience skills.

I have coached leaders in Financial Markets, Relationship Management, Trading and Structured Products in Banking as well as CFOs, Partners, Principal Advisors, Portfolio Managers, Heads of Finance, Treasury, Credit Risk, Operations and Funds Management across various Financial Institutions.
